  1. Wang Ming

The community bookshelf was popular at first. Now the books are increasingly disorganized, and fewer people borrow them.

  2. Li Xue

People are happy to donate books, but not necessarily to organize them regularly. Maintenance of shared resources is easily overlooked.

  3. Wang Ming

Should we appoint a regular coordinator? At least people would know whom to contact when something goes wrong.

  4. Wang Ming

Then we could rotate duties, with each person taking one turn a month and keeping the workload light.

  5. Li Xue

We also need simple sorting labels. The easier it is to use the space, the less maintenance it requires.

  6. Wang Ming

If few people volunteer, we can reduce the shelf’s size rather than prioritize the number of books from the start.

  7. Li Xue

Yes. Keeping it running reliably matters more than filling it with books. We can build a routine first and expand gradually.
