Please read these terms and our privacy policy before using Step Learn Chinese. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree, stop using the service. Where guardian consent is required, obtain that consent before using the service.
2. Your account and security
Provide accurate account information, keep your password and sign-in credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity through your account. Social sign-in also remains subject to the account rules of the relevant platform.
Contact support@steplearnchinese.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Admin access is restricted to authorized users. Do not bypass access controls or access another person's account information.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious content, or interfere with normal operation. Do not extract data in bulk, scan for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access restricted pages or endpoints without permission.
You must have the rights needed to submit your content. We process it only as needed to provide, maintain, and protect the service. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
4. The service and changes
Step Learn Chinese currently provides account sign-in, profile management, a personal workspace for creating and managing posts, subscription and one-time purchases, order history, and admin user, post, and order management. Features may change as the product develops. We will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially affect your use.
Maintenance, network issues, and other circumstances may temporarily interrupt access. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every particular purpose.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Prices, currencies, billing periods, applicable taxes, discounts, and any trial terms are shown before you pay. One-time purchases do not renew. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled through your billing portal.
Creem processes checkout and provides billing services. Review the final purchase terms before paying. Your workspace displays orders and subscription status after confirmation. For delivery, refund, or billing questions, contact support@steplearnchinese.com. Refund eligibility follows the purchase terms and applicable law.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain the rights to content you submit. Unless authorized or permitted by law, do not use the service's branding, interface, or other content to impersonate the service, mislead others, or infringe rights.
Third-party sign-in platforms and external websites have their own terms. Review those terms when you use an external service.
7. Ending use and responsibility
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through our contact email. We may restrict or end access for serious violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
Responsibility is determined by applicable law and the relevant actions, fault, and harm. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affect rights you have under applicable law.
