My New Classmate

There is a new student in our class today.

His name is David, and he is British.

He sits in front of me.

lǎoshī老师qǐng请tā他shuō说zìjǐ自己de的míngzi名字。

The teacher asks him to say his name.

He says it very well.

xiàkè下课hòu后，wǒ我hé和tā他shuōhuà说话。

After class, I talk to him.

He likes Chinese and Chinese films.

I like watching films too.

We are going to watch a film together on Saturday.
